Welcome to Light Weaving™. By accessing this website, booking a session, enrolling in a course, or purchasing any offering, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of the Services
Light Weaving™ is an experiential, meditative, and energetic practice intended to support self-awareness, clarity, and personal insight.
All offerings — including but not limited to:
The 5-Day Foundational Light Weaving™ Course
1:1 Light Weaving™ Energy Sessions
Session Bundles
Advanced Light Weaving™ Workshops
Portrait of the Soul™ Energy Readings & Creations — are provided for personal exploration and experiential growth.
Light Weaving™ is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic service.
2. Not Medical or Mental Health Care
Light Weaving™ does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Nothing offered through Light Weaving™ should be considered:
Medical advice
Mental health counseling
Psychotherapy
A substitute for licensed healthcare or professional treatment
If you are experiencing physical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional in your country or region.
3. Personal Responsibility
By participating in any Light Weaving™ offering, you acknowledge that:
Experiences are subjective and vary between individuals
No specific outcome is guaranteed
You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and interpretations
You agree to participate at your own discretion and to respect your physical, emotional, and psychological limits.
4. No Guarantees
Light Weaving™ makes no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or experiences.
Any insights, sensations, imagery, emotional responses, or perceived energetic effects are personal experiences and should not be interpreted as promised results.
5. Confidentiality
Personal information shared during Light Weaving™ sessions is treated with respect and discretion.
However, Light Weaving™ is not a licensed healthcare or therapeutic service, and confidentiality is not governed by medical or clinical privacy laws (such as HIPAA or international equivalents).
6. Booking, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings and payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (such as Calendly and payment processors).
Due to the personalized and experiential nature of Light Weaving™ sessions, courses, bundles, and Portrait of the Soul™ artworks, completed sessions and delivered artworks are non-refundable.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Any exceptions or refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
7. Portrait of the Soul™ Disclaimer
Portrait of the Soul™ offerings are intuitive, artistic interpretations of energetic themes as perceived at the time of creation.
They are:
Symbolic and expressive in nature
Not factual assessments
Not predictions or guarantees
Not diagnostic tools
The artwork is intended as a reflective and creative expression, not an objective evaluation.
8. Intellectual Property
All Light Weaving™ materials — including language, session structures, recordings, visualizations, images, and artworks — are protected intellectual property.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for teaching or commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Participation in Light Weaving™ is voluntary.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Light Weaving™, its facilitator, and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes arising from participation, including emotional, physical, or personal interpretations.

These Terms & Disclaimer may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
