Light Weaving™ Client Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms, expectations, and mutual understanding for participating in Light Weaving™ sessions, trainings, workshops, and creative offerings.
Light Weaving is an experiential, consciousness-based practice. By booking or enrolling in any offering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of the Work
Light Weaving™ sessions, trainings, and artistic offerings are experiential and exploratory practices that work with awareness, perception, attention, and energetic symbolism.
They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments, and they do not replace professional care of any kind.
Results vary from person to person and are influenced by many factors, including openness, participation, and personal integration.
2. No Medical or Psychological Claims
Light Weaving™ is not a medical service, psychotherapy, counseling, or diagnosis.
I do not:
Diagnose conditions
Prescribe treatment
Offer medical or psychological advice
If you are experiencing physical or mental health challenges, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Personal Responsibility
By participating, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own well-being
You participate voluntarily
You understand that experiences may be subtle, symbolic, emotional, or reflective in nature
You agree to listen to your body and nervous system and to pause or stop if something does not feel right for you.
4. Artistic & Interpretive Nature (Portrait of the Soul™)
Portrait of the Soul™ is a fine art creation informed by intuitive perception.
It is:
An artistic interpretation of energetic patterns
Not a literal representation of the physical body
Not a factual or diagnostic report
Interpretations are offered as reflections, not statements of absolute truth.
If nothing “resonates,” the artwork remains a museum-quality fine art piece, created with care, intention, and aesthetic integrity.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions and communications are treated with respect and discretion.
Personal experiences shared during sessions are kept private and are not disclosed without permission, except where required by law.
6. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions must be scheduled through the provided booking system
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
Bundle sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the specified timeframe.
7. Payments & Refunds
All payments are required in advance
Digital services, sessions, and artistic commissions are non-refundable once delivered or commenced
Workshops and trainings follow the refund policy stated on their respective pages

8. Intellectual Property
All Light Weaving™ materials, methods, artwork, language, and recordings are protected intellectual property.
They may not be copied, taught, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
9. Consent & Agreement
By booking, enrolling, or participating in any Light Weaving™ offering, you confirm that:
You have read and understood this agreement
You participate voluntarily
You accept full responsibility for your experience
